Where Betterworks wins: enterprise OKR planning depth
Betterworks built its reputation on OKR methodology at enterprise scale — company-wide planning cycles with executive sponsorship, cross-department alignment views, and manager enablement programs designed for organizations where OKRs are a top-down strategic initiative touching thousands of employees. For a 2,000-person company running quarterly all-hands OKR planning, Betterworks's depth in the planning workflow and executive reporting is difficult to match.
Betterworks also has deeper enterprise HRIS integrations (Workday, ADP, SCIM provisioning) than Harmny's current integration set.
