About Harmny
Harmny is a performance management platform for mid-size tech teams. It combines performance reviews, competency frameworks, OKRs, 1:1 meetings, and career development into a single tool — built for managers and employees, not just HR.
Harmny started from a simple observation: most HR software is built for compliance, not growth. It captures data. It generates reports. But it rarely helps a manager have a better conversation or an employee understand where they stand.

The Harmny team comes from engineering, people operations, and organizational design. We have sat on both sides of the performance review table — as managers who struggled to give calibrated feedback and as employees who never knew where they stood. That experience drives everything we build.
