Any team member with editor permissions can create and update articles. Admins can restrict editing to specific roles (e.g., only team leads can publish) while allowing everyone to read. Articles have version history so you can see what changed and roll back if needed. Clients cannot access internal knowledge base articles unless you explicitly share them to the client portal.
