Client sign-off, built into the workflow itself
A gated phase does not open until the client approves it in their own portal. Not a checkbox someone can forget, not a reply buried in an email thread. The next step is structurally blocked until sign-off is logged.
The question every agency asks eventually
"Did the client actually sign off on this?"
The approval is in an email thread with 11 replies. Or a Slack message that got buried. Or a verbal yes on a call nobody wrote down. Work moves forward anyway, because nothing in the tool the team uses actually checks. When it turns out the client never signed off on the version that shipped, there is no clean record of what happened, just a guess at who to ask.
How it works
The gate lives in the phase, not in a side process
Every campaign blueprint (radio, video shoot, PR, influencer, TV, OOH, or any format an agency runs) is built from phases. Any phase can be marked as a client-approval gate. When work reaches that phase, it moves to a pending state. The client gets a link to their portal, approves or requests changes, and only then does the next phase open. There is no separate approval tool to check and no way for the next step to start by accident.
- Gates are set per phase, per blueprint, not one global rule
- Toggle a gate, pick the approver role, set the due-offset, all in the blueprint editor
- No developer needed when the agency's real process changes

LockedWhy the gate lives in the workflow, not the inbox
Nothing moves without sign-off
The next phase cannot open until the gate clears. Not a policy, a structural block.
One click for the client
Approve from a branded portal via magic link, or through the client Telegram bot. No account to create.
A gate per phase, per blueprint
Different campaign types get different approval points, matching how the agency actually works, not a one-size rule.
Blocked work is visible, not hidden
A stuck approval shows up on the board where the team already looks, instead of aging quietly in someone’s inbox.
