Yes. The REST API is available on Growth and Enterprise plans. It covers employees, goals, review cycles, competency frameworks, 1:1 meetings, development plans, and org structure. API keys are scoped per integration with read/write permission levels. Rate limits are 1,000 requests per minute on Growth, higher on Enterprise.

Admin and HR roles can add and manage integrations in the workspace settings. Each integration shows its connection status, last sync time, and any errors. Editors in the Tasks app can use connected data sources in reports once the admin has authorized the connection.
